Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and failure to attend the appointment, will normally be charged at the full session fee. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory cancellation rights you may have.
